CHAIRMAN
MICHAEL BAILEY

Michael Bailey is a distinguished business leader. In 2008, Michael co-founded TrustHouse Services Group (now known as Elior North America). In 2013, Mike along with his Private Equity partner, sold a majority stake in the company to Elior SA. Mike is currently the Chairman of Elior NA. Elior Group, based in Paris, is the world’s fourth largest contract foodservice company with revenues of $5.5 billion annually. Having a passion for aviation and looking to expand his interests, Mike became the majority shareholder of Davinci Jets in May of 2018.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
ERIC LEGVOLD

Eric Legvold brings more than 20 years of corporate aviation experience and over 15 years in professional aviation management. A seasoned aviator, he combines deep operational expertise with strategic leadership to guide the company’s continued growth and commitment to safety. Eric holds multiple jet type ratings and has accumulated thousands of flight hours in Cessna Citation, Gulfstream, and other mid-size and super mid-size business aircraft, giving him firsthand insight into the performance, safety, and service standards today’s clients expect.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
JASON HONEYCUTT

Jason Honeycutt is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Aeronautical Science. He is a native of the Charlotte, NC area and has over 24 years of experience in the aviation industry including over 16 years as a corporate aviation flight operations manager. Jason holds type ratings in multiple Lear Jet and Citation aircraft and has thousands of hours as a Captain in both domestic and international flight operations.

ERIC HAMBLETON

Eric brings proven leadership and deep industry expertise to Davinci Jets. With a strong background in aviation management and business development, Eric focuses on building long-term relationships and driving growth across the Davinci Jets fleet. Eric works closely with owners, partners, and clients to ensure every detail of aircraft management and charter experience reflects the company's commitment to safety, transparency, and personalized service. His hands-on approach and passion for aviation help Davinci Jets stand apart in an industry where trust and precision are everything.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
MARK FREEDMAN

Mark is a strategic finance executive with extensive experience leading financial performance analysis, operational transformation and enterprise-wide planning for complex, high growth organizations. Recognized for partnering with executives to strengthen the operational risk environment while driving improved profitability. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester, England and is a Certified Public Accountant.

CHIEF PILOT
JASON BROWN

Jason has been immersed in the aviation industry for 18 years. Throughout his time in the industry, he has gained extensive experience across Part 121, Part 135, and Part 91 operations. With over 8,000 hours of flying experience, he is also a highly skilled pilot. Jason leverages his expertise of the aviation sector to establish Davinci Jets as a leader in corporate aviation.

DIRECTOR OF SAFETY
JIM GARRETT

Jim began his aviation career in 2001 with Mesa Airlines as a graduate of their pilot development program. He left the Airlines in 2004 to pursue a career in general aviation and has since accumulated over 5000 hours of flight experience. Jim has spent the majority of the last 16 years in Operations Management and Instruction, in both Commercial and corporate environments. In 2013 he brought his accumulated experience to Davinci Jets to serve as an aircraft captain as well as beginning his tenure as Safety Manager with Davinci Jets.

DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE
JUSTIN RETZ

Justin Retz serves as the Director of Maintenance at Davinci Jets, bringing 10 years of hands-on experience in aviation maintenance. He started as a technician and eventually worked his way to Assistant DOM leading to his current role as DOM. In his role, he oversees the maintenance programs for the entire fleet, ensuring all aircraft meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational readiness. His expertise supports Davinci Jets' commitment to delivering exceptional private aviation services with unwavering reliability.

STEVE DEVANTIER

Steve has extensive experience as a financial professional within the private aviation industry. He has overseen all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting. By combining deep industry knowledge with strategic financial leadership, Steve has played a key role in strengthening operational performance and supporting long-term growth at Davinci Jets.

MARTY RIVA

Marty brings a strong background in charter brokering, aircraft sourcing, and hands-on experience in operations and scheduling. He understands every layer of the trip lifecycle and his operational foundation strengthens his sales approach, allowing him to anticipate challenges, streamline communication, and protect all stakeholders involved in each mission. Marty works closely with clients, operators, and owners’ representatives to ensure every charter reflects Davinci Jets’ commitment to safety, transparency, and personalized service.

CHARTER SALES
ROB SKIPWORTH

Rob has over 10 years of experience in private aviation. He has worked across all levels, from prop planes to ultra long-range jets, giving him a broad understanding of the options available to clients. Rob takes pride in listening carefully to each client's needs and finding the right solution, whether they are first-time flyers or seasoned private travelers. He believes that great service starts with genuine relationships, and he brings that philosophy to every conversation. Rob is dedicated to making the charter process straightforward and stress-free, ensuring clients feel confident and well taken care of from first call to final destination.

OWNER SERVICES MANAGER
AUBREY BALLARD

Aubrey brings five years of experience in business aviation, with a strong operational and client-service background supporting both aircraft owners and charter clients. She began her aviation career through her studies at Middle Tennessee State University, where she built a solid foundation in aviation operations before transitioning into professional roles as an Owner Scheduler and Charter Broker Manager. In these positions, Aubrey managed complex flight schedules, coordinated aircraft logistics, and served as a key point of contact between owners, flight crews, and charter customers, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

JESSICA BIFANO

Jessica brings 11 years of experience in the aviation industry with a well-rounded background in client service, sales, and aircraft management. Throughout her career, she has supported aircraft owners across a wide range of operational and service needs, developing a deep understanding of owner expectations and the importance of proactive, detail-driven support. With extensive experience managing owner relationships and coordinating complex aviation services, Jessica is dedicated to delivering seamless, personalized support while consistently elevating the ownership experience at every touchpoint.

With a career that began as an aircraft maintenance technician, Joe built a strong foundation in hands-on technical expertise and operational excellence. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, he advanced to a lead technician, guiding teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance operations. His ability to align technical performance with organizational goals led to a transition into project management, where he successfully oversaw complex initiatives from planning through execution. Today, as General Manager Joe provides strategic leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the organization.

DARREN NASH

Darren has over 35 years of professional experience, including nearly two decades dedicated specifically to Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). His career is defined by a diverse background in compliance, safety, and operational integrity. With 19 years of focused expertise in QA/QC, Darren has a proven track record of aligning quality functions across multi-site operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His leadership experience extends from managing complex repair stations and flight schools to serving as a Director of Maintenance for historic aircraft museums. Darren is committed to ensuring that procedural adherence and safety standards remain at the forefront of every project, delivering the highest level of quality oversight to both internal teams and external customers.
