What does “owner approval” mean on my charter quote?

Once you have selected the aircraft quote you want to confirm, Davinci will need to go back to the schedule to confirm it is in fact still available for your flight.

Are your aircraft “pet-friendly”?

Accepted Answer

This is determined on a “per aircraft” basis.  There will be a “pet fee” for cleaning and there may be restrictions such as crating, on-leash or weight and # of pets. Prior approval required.

Do you charge membership fees?

We do not have any membership fees associate with our service.  We do offer block charter packages which provides a discount to our aircrafts hourly rate.  Ask us for more details.

Is catering included in the price of my trip?

The aircraft are stocked with complimentary beverages and packaged snacks, such as crackers, chips, etc.  Davinci is able to order any type food you would like on your flights from private chefs to your local pizzeria.  These requests are billed back to you, the charter customer.

Is there a cancellation fee if my plans change?

Cancellations fees vary and each situation is evaluated.  Please ask your charter representative what the case might be for your specific trip.

Do you only fly out of the southeast US States?

Although Davinci is based on the U.S. East Coast, Davinci can arrange flights anywhere in the world.  No trip is too complex or too small for this one-stop shop.

Where all can I fly on your jets?

Depending on the capabilities of the aircraft, Davinci Jets can fly almost anywhere!  If there is a destination our fleet cannot reach, Davinci would be happy to find a jet that is the perfect fit for your needs.

How far in advance do I need to book my flight?

Davinci Jet can usually provide an aircraft for charter within a few hours. Some customers will book a trip a year in advance.  Each flight need is unique and schedulers are flexible enough to handle both.

Question 9

Do I have to be TSA screened?

Accepted Answer

Davinci Jet does require full legal name and birthdate for each passengers. These are run against the TSA checklist prior to your flight. However, you do not have to arrive early and clear a checkpoint.

What are the safety standards at Davinci Jets?

At Davinci Jets, safety is our top priority and we are an ARGUS, WYVERN, and ISBAO Level 3 rated operator.  If Davinci goes outside of our fleet for supplemental lift, you can ensure that the aircraft and crew have been vetted to meet our same safety standards.

Can you plan my entire trip? Hotels, etc.?"

Accepted Answer

Davinci does not book your hotel stay, but can facilitate all of your ground transportation to and from the airport.  Our scheduling team will ensure your car is waiting to quickly sweep you off to your meeting, vacation, or event.
