DIRECTOR, MAINTENANCE REPAIR OPERATIONS
 

Personality Description:
Davinci Jets is looking for an energetic self-starter, who is execution centric, very hard working, and an ethical team player. This individual must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to work in a fast paced, high growth environment. This individual must understand and show strong leadership, with a clear ability to successfully align the career goals and personal aspirations of individuals with the overall goals of the corporate team. Responsibilities:

Direct the Maintenance Repair Organization.

  • Acting Accountable Manager for the 145 Repair Station ADD.

  • Manage and direct the activities of the Maintenance Department to include avionics, aircraft maintenance, administration, and parts.

  • Manage, direct, and develop activities of employees engaged in all aspects of inspections, repair and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft accessories.

  • Manage and lead the planning and development of the department’s capability and market focus to ensure the center has the correct tooling, training, and talent to provide the highest service level possible.

  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with local regulatory authorities, customers, and vendors to ensure the Maintenance Department’s continued growth and successful operation.

  • Develop new business plans and discuss capital requirements and anticipated sales opportunities with management.

  • Regularly inspect facility and equipment for compliance with safety, operation, and appearance standards

  • Plan, develop and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve customer service and operation efficiency, minimize operating cost, and ensure greater utilization of labor and materials.

  • Perform sales to gain new outside clients.
     

Manage the financial aspects of the Maintenance Repair Organization

  • Partner with CFO in preparation of department budget and maintain the P&L.

  • Establish procedures and controls to ensure expenditure does not exceed budgetary constraints.

  • Write comprehensive reports, documents, and correspondence.

  • Perform advanced calculations, prepare, and understand routine financial and inventory reports and budget forecasts.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university plus three (3) – five (5) years related experience or training; or equivalent level of education and experience, plus ten (10) years’ experience in general aviation and/or corporate jet aircraft required.

  • Must possess an A & P license.

  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office products.

  • Ability to analyze, interpret and explain documents such as governmental regulations, installation and operating instruction and specifications, safety rules and procedures.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Compensation:

KING AIR 350 ATLANTA PIC/SIC
 

Personality Description:

Responsibilities:
• The BE350 PIC/SIC pilots reports directly to the Chief Pilot.
• Perform Part 91/135 duties as a flight crewmember.
• Assist the Chief Pilot in maintaining and updating SOP’s, aircraft manuals, and amenities on board the aircraft.

Requirements:• Must have the ability to work on complex tasks and non-routine matters.
• Current Multi ATP, First Class Medical,
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 

The technician contributes to aircraft safety by maintaining high standards of workman­ship and inspection standards.

Responsibilities

  • Performs all maintenance and repairs on aircraft for which he/she is assigned and qualified.

  • Approves aircraft for return to service after scheduled or unscheduled maintenance for which he/she is authorized and qualified.

  • Reports all inoperative or faulty equipment.

  • Responsible for managing, planning, and project maintenance schedules on multiple aircraft.

Requirements Qualifications

  • Five plus years of Business Aviation Maintenance experience preferred.

  • Work in a fast-paced high band width environment.

MAINTENANCE CONTROLLER
 

Personality Description:

Davinci Jets LLC, a Charter Aircraft and Management company located at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, is looking for a full-time Maintenance Controller. This position includes the responsibility of managing scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG maintenance requirements of the fleet, while communicating all maintenance related events and outcomes with internal and external customers. This includes but is not limited to managing daily maintenance requirements such as conveying technical support to flight crews and maintenance vendors, applying and managing MELs, building, scheduling, and releasing fleet maintenance work orders, oversight and management of fleet during maintenance events, and ensuring fleet maintenance requirements are monitored and completed per governing time limits. This also includes communicating accurate and timely information to all impacted parties. This position requires the highest level of customer service and attention to detail while working in a team-driven environment.
 

We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills, who is energetic with strong problem-solving abilities, that can handle a fast-paced environment. This person must be able to handle the constant change that the aviation world affords people. Accuracy is imperative as well as a high level of work ethic. The ability to handle confidential information and maintain that confidentiality regarding the company and its clients is a must. The right candidate must also be available for after hours and weekends on call. The on call and holiday schedule is rotated between members of the team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years corporate aircraft or regional airline maintenance experience preferred. Specific experience on Citation X, Latitude, CJ1/2/3/4, Challenger 300/350/604/605, Gulfstream G500/G550/G150, King Air, and/or Pilatus PC-12/PC-24 highly desirable.

  • Must have A&P certification

  • Must have high school diploma; 2- or 4 -year college degree is preferred, but not required.

  • Must be willing to carry company issued mobile device and be accessible as needed when on call

  • Must be willing to work weekends and second or third shift as well as occasional overtime

  • Experience with CAMP, CMP, Traxxall, and Corridor, or other maintenance specific applications preferred but not required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
     

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base rate of $90,000 to $95,000 based on experience

  • 5% annual bonus based on company and department performance

FLIGHT COORDINATOR

Personality Description:

Davinci Jets LLC, a Charter Aircraft and Management company located at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, is looking for a full-time Flight Coordinator. This position includes the responsibility of scheduling all 91 and 135 trips and handling all requests from the clients as well as the needs of the crew and aircraft. These include, but are not limited to, transportation, hotel, catering, hangar space, and fuel. This position requires the highest level of customer service and attention to detail while working in a team driven environment.

We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills, who is energetic with strong problem-solving abilities, that can handle a fast-paced environment. This person must be able to handle the constant change that the aviation world affords people. Accuracy is imperative as well as a high level of work ethic. Ability to handle confidential information and maintain that confidentiality regarding the company and its clients is a must. The right candidate must also be available for after hours and weekends on call. The on call and holiday schedule is rotated between members of the team.
