CE560 KIAD

Responsibilities:
• The CE560XL PIC reports directly to the Chief Pilot.
• Perform Part 91 duties as a flight crewmember.
• Assist the Chief Pilot in maintaining and updating SOP’s, aircraft manuals, and amenities on board the aircraft.
Requirements:
• Must have the ability to work on complex tasks and non-routine matters.
• ATP
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Ability to travel International.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Must have at least 2 years corporate aviation experience.
• Must live, or be willing to re-locate to, within a 60-minute drive time of KCLT.
AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The technician contributes to aircraft safety by maintaining high standards of workmanship and inspection standards.
Responsibilities

Performs all maintenance and repairs on aircraft for which he/she is assigned and qualified.

Approves aircraft for return to service after scheduled or unscheduled maintenance for which he/she is authorized and qualified.

Reports all inoperative or faulty equipment.

Responsible for managing, planning, and project maintenance schedules on multiple aircraft.
Requirements Qualifications

Five plus years of Business Aviation Maintenance experience preferred.

G-VII - G500 Crew Chief
Maintain situational awareness of the operations taking place across our system. Communication and teamwork are key requirements and essential in ensuring a smooth operation across all teams within the company and extending out to our crews. Expected to take initiative to aid in recovery, changes, and transitions of crew and aircraft and maximization of revenue opportunities and aircraft availability.
Responsible To: Director of Maintenance
Supervisors: Outside Maintenance Providers
Responsibilities & Duties:
To safely manage scheduled, un-scheduled, and AOG maintenance requirements of the assigned aircraft and communicate with internal and external customers all maintenance related events and outcomes.

Safely managing daily maintenance requirements of the assigned aircraft in a timely manner with consistant application of Company policy and procedures.

Responsible for coordinating w/ Maintenance Control, Dispatch/Scheduling, Charter Sales, Outside Maintenance providers, FBOs and Flight crews on maintenance events.

Must convey high level of technical support to flight crews and Outside Maintenance providers.

Responsible for applying and managing Minimum Equipment List (MEL).

Responsible for building, scheduling, and releasing Maintenance work orders.
-
Responsible for scheduling cleaning requests.
-
Ensuring accurate and timely information is conveyed with Computerized Maintenance programs.
-
Ensuring accurate and timely information is conveyed to operations and sales for AOG and delayed aircraft.
-
Responsible for oversight and management during Maintenance events.
-
Designated by the Director of Maintenance Responsible for Airworthiness Releases.
-
Ensures Maintenance requirements are monitored and completed in a timely manner, never to exceed governing time limitations.

Must work harmoniously w/ Director of Maintenance, Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Pilots, Outside Maintenance providers, and teammates, as well outside OEMs and auditors.

Responsible for providing shift turnovers and reports of sufficient detail to ensure open issues receive appropriate attention and follow through.
Qualifications and Experience:

Must have A&P certificate.

Minimum 3 years aircraft maintenance supervisor, crew chief, avionics lead or equivalent.
-
At least 5 years corporate aircraft or regional airline maintenance experience. Specific experience on Gulfstream G-VII-G500/G600 highly desirable.
Authority:
-
Coordinate and Schedule maintenance events as required for operational needs.

Release Aircraft after completion of maintenance.

Remove aircraft from service as required.
Training:
-
Must have sufficient training in the concepts and programs specified in the DAVINCI JETS manuals to assure compliance and the ability to supervise such programs.

Attend aircraft, power plant and equipment manufacturers' training courses determined to be necessary to fulfill the task requirements.

Trained in to the extent to be competent in creating, reviewing, updating and analyzing AD Status for DAVINCI JETS aircraft through regulatory Web based sites.
