CJ1 PILOT


Davinci Jets is looking for an energetic self-starter, who is execution centric, very hard working, and an ethical team player. This individual must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to work in a fast pace, high growth environment. This individual must understand and show strong leadership, with a clear ability to successfully align the career goals and personal aspirations of individuals with the overall goals of the corporate team. The candidate must embrace our mature Safety Management System and be comfortable with the concepts of a Learning, Informed, Self-Reporting, and Just Culture. Additionally, this individual should have a desire to be paid, in part, based on objective measurements of job performance. This job periodically requires long hours and a willingness to work hard to achieve the goals of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • The CE525 pilot reports directly to the Chief Pilot.

  • Perform Part 91/135 duties as a flight crewmember.

  • Assist the Chief Pilot in maintaining and updating SOP’s, aircraft manuals, and amenities on board the aircraft.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to work on complex tasks and non-routine matters.

  • Current Multi ATP, First Class Medical,

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

  • Must live, or be willing to re-locate to, within a 90-minute drive time of KRYY.

CJ4 PIC for BNA

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 

The technician contributes to aircraft safety by maintaining high standards of workman­ship and inspection standards.

Responsibilities

  • Performs all maintenance and repairs on aircraft for which he/she is assigned and qualified.

  • Approves aircraft for return to service after scheduled or unscheduled maintenance for which he/she is authorized and qualified.

  • Reports all inoperative or faulty equipment.

  • Responsible for managing, planning, and project maintenance schedules on multiple aircraft.

Requirements Qualifications

  • Five plus years of Business Aviation Maintenance experience preferred.

FLIGHT COORDINATOR

 

Davinci Jets is seeking an energetic self-starter, who is execution centric, very hard working, and an ethical team player. This individual must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to work in a fast pace, high growth environment. This individual must understand and show strong leadership, with a clear ability to successfully align the career goals and personal aspirations of themselves with the overall goals of the corporation. The Flight Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of scheduling 91 and 135 trips. The candidate must embrace our mature Safety Management System and be comfortable with the concepts of a Learning, Informed, Self-Reporting, and Just Culture. This job requires irregular and long hours, and holidays. You will be in direct contact with high net-worth individuals and their colleagues that will require a high level of discretion. Attention to detail is an absolute in this position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Aircraft ground handling arrangements

  • Client and crew ground transportation, hotel accommodations and catering

  • Coordination with the maintenance team concerning aircraft availability for trip assignment

  • Coordination with the Chief Pilot concerning crew qualifications and availability for trip assignment

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, speak and understand English

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and/or private aviation

  • Strong numeracy skills

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Will have the ability to work any shift, schedule, or overtime as required

  • Must be able to respond to flight arrangement requests accurately and professionally within a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree

  • Have 2 years experience in private aviation customer service

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

MAINTENANCE CONTROLLER

 

To safely manage scheduled, un-scheduled, and AOG maintenance requirements of the fleet and communicate with internal and external customers all maintenance related events and outcomes.  Maintain situational awareness of the operations taking place both across our system. Communication and teamwork are key requirements and essential in ensuring a smooth operation across all teams within the company and extending out to our crews. Expected to take initiative to aid in recovery, changes, and transitions of crew and aircraft and maximization of revenue opportunities and aircraft availability.  This position reports to the Director of Maintenance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Safely managing daily maintenance requirements of the fleet in a timely manner with consistant application of Company policy and procedures.

  • Responsible for coordinating w/ Dispatch/Scheduling, Charter Sales, Maintenance Vendors, FBOs and Flight crews on maintenance events.

  • Must convey high level of technical support to flight crews and Maintenance Vendors.

  • Responsible for applying and managing fleet Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL).

  • Responsible for building, scheduling, and releasing fleet Maintenance work orders.

  • Responsible for scheduling fleet cleaning requests.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely information is conveyed with Maintenance Tracking programs.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely information is conveyed to operations and sales for AOG and delayed aircraft.

  • Responsible for oversight and management of fleet during Maintenance events.

  • Responsible for releasing aircraft for Return to Sevice (RTS) in accordance w/ company policy and procedures.

  • Responsible for Airworthiness Releases and Special Flight Permits.

  • Ensures Fleet Maintenance requirements are monitored and completed in a timely manner, never to exceed governing time limitations.

  • Must work harmoniously w/ Director of Maintenace, Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Pilots, Maintenance Vendors, and teammates, as well outside OEMs and auditors.

  • Responsible for providing shift turnovers and reports of sufficient detail to ensure open issues receive appropriate attention and follow through

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be a highly motivated, energetic team mate who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills desirable.

  • Must have A&P certificate.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

  • Minimum 2 years aircraft maintenance control, maintenance supervisor, crew chief, avionics lead or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years corporate aircraft or regional airline maintenance experience. Specific experience on Citation X, Latitude, CJ1/2/3/4, Challenger 300/350/604/605, Gulfstream G500/G150, King Air, and Pilatus PC-12/PC-24 highly desirable.

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and task management skills.

  • Must be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office, typing skills are an advantage.

  • Experience with CAMP, CMP, and Corridor, or other maintenance specific applications is highly desirable.

  • Must be a clear and concise verbal and written communicator.

  • Must be able to work weekends and second or third shift as well as occasional overtime.

  • Must be able travel for training or other company requirements.

  • Must be insurable under company insurance requirements.
