Davinci Jets is looking for an energetic self-starter, who is execution centric, very hard working, and an ethical team player. Responsibilities:
• The CE680A/CE750 PIC reports directly to the Chief Pilot.
• Perform Part 91/135 duties as a flight crewmember.
• Assist the Chief Pilot in maintaining and updating SOP’s, aircraft manuals, and amenities on board the aircraft.

Requirements:
• Must have the ability to work on complex tasks and non-routine matters.
• ATP, First Class Medical
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Must have at least 2 years corporate aviation experience.
** Must live or be willing to relocate within an hour of KCLT.

FLIGHT COORDINATOR/INTERNATIONAL TRIP SUPPORT SPECIALIST
 

Salary Range: Based on Experience


Personality Description:

Davinci Jets LLC, a Charter Aircraft and Management company located at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, is looking for a full-time Flight Coordinator. This position includes the responsibility of scheduling international flights, as well as all 91 and 135 trips, and handling all requests from the clients as well as the needs of the crew and aircraft. These include, but are not limited to, transportation, hotel, catering, hangar space, and fuel. This individual will prepare GENDECS, e-APIS filings, other entry/exit reports, obtain overflight, landing permits, and PPRs as required. They will create, run, and file flight plans and weather packages, and coordinate outbound and inbound flights according to U.S. Customs regulations. As such, a strong operational comprehension of global flight support is required. This position requires the highest level of customer service and attention to detail while working in a team-driven environment.

 

We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills, who is energetic with strong problem-solving abilities, that can handle a fast-paced environment. This person must be able to handle the constant change that the aviation world affords people. Accuracy is imperative as well as a high level of work ethic. The ability to handle confidential information and maintain that confidentiality regarding the company and its clients is a must. The right candidate must also be available for after hours and weekends on call. The on call and holiday schedule is rotated between members of the team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Flight Coordinator and 1 year experience providing international trip support services

REPAIR STATION A&P LEAD TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

  • The Lead Technician will be required to lead or direct more than 5 technicians.

  • Provide technical assistance to mechanics and work on aircraft, as required.

  • Performs regular scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft to include AOG situations.

  • Trains and assists technicians in proper procedures, methods, and practices to be followed in each respective duty.

  • Make certain that the responsible mechanic properly executes all necessary work records.

  • Have a thorough working knowledge and use of MM, IPC, SRM and other manufacturers repair and troubleshooting documents.

  • Use project management to accurately estimate work time and materials for assigned tasks.

  • Ensures proper working condition of mechanical systems before flight.

  • Perform efficient troubleshooting to include avionics and electrical systems.

  • Verify through proper documentation that all parts installed on the aircraft are approved for that aircraft or the component and has been visually inspected and are free of damage or contamination.

  • Ensure work areas are kept clean, and all equipment is returned to assigned areas.

  • Identifies and resolves mechanical problems based on visual inspections or reports from pilot or crew.

  • Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance.

  • Perform aircraft engine run and taxi checks.

  • Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines and communicate with other mechanics and supervisors to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 5 years’ experience with preferred on corporate business jets.

  • 2 years’ experience in Lead / Supervisor capacities.

  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification

  • Requires thorough knowledge of aircraft engines, mechanical systems, and components on all assigned aircraft.

  • Extensive knowledge of all aircraft mechanical systems functions and interactions

  • Must possess or have ability to obtain a U.S. Passport or equivalent within 90 days of starting the role.

  • Valid driver's license

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 

The technician contributes to aircraft safety by maintaining high standards of workman­ship and inspection standards.

Responsibilities

  • Performs all maintenance and repairs on aircraft for which he/she is assigned and qualified.

  • Approves aircraft for return to service after scheduled or unscheduled maintenance for which he/she is authorized and qualified.

  • Reports all inoperative or faulty equipment.

  • Responsible for managing, planning, and project maintenance schedules on multiple aircraft.

Requirements Qualifications

  • Five plus years of Business Aviation Maintenance experience preferred.

REPAIR STATION CHIEF INSPECTOR

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repair station inspections.

  • Ensure that all applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAR’s) are complied with and documented.

  • Ensure that aircraft inspected and repaired by the Repair station are safe and airworthy.

  • Ensure that all applicable Airworthiness Directives are complied with and documented.

  • Ensure that all applicable and mandatory service instructions are complied with and documented.

  • Redirect and correct improper maintenance tasks or procedures.

  • Perform Aircraft Maintenance tasks as needed and assist floor technicians with guidance as needed.

  • Responsible for exercising final inspection authority and authorized to sign any and all forms confirming compliance related to inspection, repair, and return to service.

  • Ensure that the inspection records, reports, and forms utilized by the repair station are correct and properly executed.

  • Make periodic checks on all inspection equipment, tools, and the calibration of precision test equipment.

  • Inspect aircraft for proper workmanship and airworthiness before, during and after work is performed by all technicians.

  • Be point of contact for the Repair Station with the FAA when Repair Station Director is unavailable or as requested.

  • Responsible for return to service of aircraft, engines, appliances, and components maintained or inspected by the repair station.

  • Responsible for repair station vendor audits from outside vendors as well as internal audits.

  • Responsible for always maintaining current technical publications whether in digital form or in paper copy for aircraft which the repair station works on.

  • Responsible for Log entries, FAA form 337 disposition, weight and balance amendments and AFM revisions.

  • Point of contact for FAA Inspections.

  • Maintain technicians training files.

  • Submit revisions to the Repair Station RSM / QCM to the FAA for approval.

 


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Aviation experience with at least one year in quality assurance function preferably with a background as 5 years aircraft mechanic in a Repair Station environment.

  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification
