Michael Bailey has worked in the contract foodservice business all his working life. He joined Gardner Merchant in the UK and progressed through the organizational structure as foodservice director, district manager, regional director and ultimately joined the board of directors in 1982.
Mike joined Compass Group PLC in 1993 as Development Director and was appointed President of the USA business in 1994 and then CEO of the group in 1999. Mike held the CEO position for 7-years taking early retirement in June 2006.
In 2008, Mike co-founded TrustHouse Services Group (now known as Elior North America). In 2013, Mike along with his Private Equity partner, sold a majority stake in the company to Elior SA. Mike is currently the Chairman of Elior NA. Elior Group, based in Paris, is the world’s fourth largest contract foodservice company with revenues of $5.5 billion annually.
Having a passion for aviation and looking to expand his interests, Mike became the majority shareholder of Davinci Jets in May of 2018.

A seasoned aviator and professional aviation manager for more than 15 years, Eric offers over 20 years of experience flying corporate business jets. In addition to extensive operational expertise and industry knowledge, Eric holds multiple jet aircraft type-ratings and has thousands of hours of flight time in Cessna Citation Jets, Gulfstreams and other mid-size and super mid-size business jets.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jason is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Aeronautical Science. He is a native of the Charlotte, NC area and has over 24 years of experience in the aviation industry including over 16 years as a corporate aviation flight operations manager. Jason holds type ratings in multiple Lear Jet and Citation aircraft and has thousands of hours as a Captain in both domestic and international flight operations.
DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE
Jump starting his aviation maintenance career in the United States Airforce as a Helicopter Crew Chief in 1985, Holton has worked with numerous airlines and been an active member on Maintenance Review Boards for a variety of aircraft. Holton joins the team from his former position as Director of Maintenance at GMJ Air Shuttle, LLC, the largest corporate shuttle in the United States. He is an ex-military Helicopter Crew Chief and has been a member of numerous aviation maintenance review boards. He joins us from his former position as Director of Maintenance at GMJ Air Shuttle, the largest corporate shuttle operator. His previous experience also includes time as the Director of Quality at Swift Air.
Craig is a CPA professional and experienced manager with over twenty years of practice in corporate accounting. He is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Craig earned his CPA and began his career in auditing at a public accounting firm. He later transitioned to corporate accounting and finance, developing skills in financial reporting, financial analysis, process improvement, and business management.

Julie has more than 25 years of experience in management, customer service, trip planning, quoting, scheduling and dispatching for charter operators and Fortune 200 Corporate Flight Departments. Her devotion to superior service and attention to detail makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Jim began his aviation career in 2001 with Mesa Airlines as a graduate of their pilot development program. He left the Airlines in 2004 to pursue a career in general aviation and has since accumulated over 5000 hours of flight experience. Jim has spent the majority of the last 16 years in Operations Management and Instruction, in both Commercial and corporate environments. In 2013 he brought his accumulated experience to Davinci Jets to serve as an aircraft captain as well as beginning his tenure as Safety Manager with Davinci Jets.
