In regards to your trip tomorrow, we would like to confirm the following with you to ensure the safety and quality of your trip amid the current COVID situation.

Have you or any passengers had any potential exposure to COVID or traveled outside of the state recently? (in the last 2-3 weeks).

Have any passengers been tested positive or been exposed to someone with COVID 19 in the past 14 days?

Have any passengers had any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours? Fever of 100.5 or above, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache and sore throat, loss of taste or smell.

Davinci Jets recommends passengers follow CDC guidelines to wear a mask; however, we are not requiring passengers to wear masks at this time. We have some small complementary PPE kits we are providing to passengers at this time, should they want one.
